Goji Berry Salad

2 cups cress
2 cups mixed lettuce greens
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/4 cup tablespoons Earths Basket Goji Berries
1/4 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or cashews), roughly chopped
For the Dressing:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for vegan option)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large salad bowl, combine the cress and mixed lettuce greens. Toss gently to mix them together.
Add the crumbled feta cheese, diced avocado, goji berries, and mixed nuts to the salad bowl. Gently toss again to distribute the ingredients evenly.
