Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?

once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible.

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We'll do our best to keep you updated if there are any delays with your order.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. You can expect it to be shipped within 1-3 business days. from the date you made the purchase.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

How much will it cost to ship my package?

The delivery charges are calculated and shown on your screen during the checkout process. If your order total is over £30, delivery is free!

Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?

We understand how important timely shipments are! If yours hasn't arrived yet, there could be a few reasons for the delay:


Shipping Address: Double-check that your address is accurate and complete in the confirmation email.


Weather and Transportation: Delays can occur due to weather or transportation issues. Use the tracking details provided to see if there is any information from the courier about your delivery.

My delivery is damaged, what can I do?

If your delivery is damaged, please email our team at hello@earthsbasket.co.ukwithin 48 hours. Include a photograph of your entire order, including the packaging, and don't forget to provide your order number. Please wait for our response before disposing of the item. Our team will prioritize your request and get back to you promptly.

I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

If you made an error or ordered the wrong product, please inform our Customer Services team within one hour of placing the order. We'll do our best to assist you. However, if your order has already been shipped, we'll need you to return the order to us before any changes or cancellations can be made.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or update the shipping address once your order has been shipped. Please make sure to review your shipping details carefully before completing your order. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not available to receive my package?

Orders Returned to Us

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
