Mixed Fruit Smoothie with Goji Berries

1 cup mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)

2 tablespoons Earths Basket Goji Berries

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional, if you prefer a colder smoothie)

Place all the ingredients in a blender: mixed frozen berries, ripe banana, yogurt, almond milk, goji berries, and honey or maple syrup if desired.


Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. If needed, you can add more almond milk to adjust the consistency to your liking.


Once the smoothie is well blended and smooth, pour it into glasses.
