Spiced Strawberry & Goji Berry Smoothie

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon Earths Basket Goji Berries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: honey or sweetener of your choice, to taste
Dried goji berries and sliced strawberry for garnish
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, ripe banana, Earths Basket Goji Berries, almond milk, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and vanilla extract.
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth and creamy consistency.
Taste the smoothie and if desired, add honey or your preferred sweetener to sweeten it to your liking. Blend again to incorporate the sweetener.
Pour the smoothie into a glass or jar.
Garnish the smoothie with a sprinkle of dried goji berries and place a sliced strawberry on the rim of the jar for an extra touch.
