Ashwagandha spiced banana smoothie

2 ripe bananas
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
1 teaspoon Earths Basket Ashwagandha Powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon coconut sugar, honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Peel the ripe bananas and place them in a blender.
Add the milk, almond butter or peanut butter, ashwagandha powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cardamom to the blender.
If desired, add honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
Optional: If you prefer a chilled smoothie, you can also add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or spices according to your preference.
Pour the Ashwagandha Powder Spiced Banana Smoothie into a glass.
