Choco-Goji Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon Earths Basket Goji Berries
1 tablespoon Earths Basket Cacao Powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
Cacao nibs, walnuts, and goji berries for garnish
Method:
STEP 1
In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, Earths Basket Goji Berries, cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
STEP 2
Stir well to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping of the chia seeds.

Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like consistency.
