Chlorella Sour Cream & Chive Dressing
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 Minutes | Serves: Approximately 1 cup
1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a healthier version)
1 tablespoon Earths Basket Chlorella Powder
1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
In a small mixing bowl, combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and Earths Basket Chlorella Powder.
Mix the chlorella powder and sour cream (or Greek yogurt) thoroughly until the powder is evenly distributed.
Add the fresh chives, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as desired, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.
Once the flavors are well incorporated, transfer the Chlorella Sour Cream & Chive Dressing to a jar or airtight container.
Store the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. This will also help the dressing thicken slightly.
Serve the Chlorella Sour Cream & Chive Dressing as a dip for vegetables, a topping for salads, or a dressing for wraps and sandwiches.
Note: The Chlorella Sour Cream & Chive Dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. If the dressing thickens too much after refrigeration, you can add a small amount of water or lemon juice to adjust the consistency.
