1 cup mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
2 tablespoons Earths Basket Goji Berries
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, if you prefer a colder smoothie)

Place all the ingredients in a blender: mixed frozen berries, ripe banana, yogurt, almond milk, goji berries, and honey or maple syrup if desired.
