Wheatgrass Guacamole Dip

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon Earths Basket Wheatgrass Powder
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 small tomato, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional, for heat)
1 garlic clove, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Handful of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
STEP 1
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
STEP 2
Mash the avocados with a fork until you achieve your desired consistency.
STEP 3
Add the Earths Basket Wheatgrass powder to the mashed avocados and mix well to incorporate.
STEP 4
Add the diced red onion, tomato, jalapeño pepper (if using), minced garlic, lime juice, and chopped cilantro to the avocado mixture. Stir gently to combine.
STEP 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 6
Allow the flavors to meld by refrigerating the guacamole dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
STEP 7
Serve the Wheatgrass Guacamole Dip with tortilla chips, vegetable sticks, or as a spread on sandwiches and wraps.
