Beetroot Acai Hummus Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 small beetroot, cooked and peeled
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Earths Basket Acai Berry powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Water (as needed for desired consistency)
Optional toppings: drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle of sesame seeds, fresh herbs
Method:
STEP 1
In a food processor, combine the cooked chickpeas, cooked beetroot, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, Acai berry powder, salt, and pepper.

Process the ingredients until smooth and well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
STEP 3
