Hemp Protein Smoothie

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 3-4 minutes | Serves: 2 servings.


1 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk

1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled

1 large handful of fresh spinach leaves

 ripe banana

2 tablespoons Earths Basket Hemp Protein Powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)



In a blender, combine almond milk, avocado, spinach, banana, hemp protein powder, chia seeds, almond butter or peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup (if desired).


Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.


If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the desired temperature is reached.


Pour the hemp protein powder smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.

This smoothie is packed with protein from the hemp protein powder, healthy fats from avocado and almond butter, and vitamins and minerals from spinach and banana.
