Bee Pollen Tea

1 teaspoon Earths Basket Bee Pollen
1 cup hot water
Lemon wedges or honey (optional, for flavor)
Boil water and let it cool slightly for a minute or two.
Place 1 teaspoon of Earths Basket Bee Pollen in a tea infuser or directly in a teapot.
Pour the hot water over the bee pollen and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
If desired, add a squeeze of lemon juice or a drizzle of honey to enhance the flavor.
Stir the tea gently and strain out the bee pollen if you used loose powder directly in the teapot.
Pour the Bee Pollen Tea into a cup and enjoy while warm.
