Acai Strawberry Bowl

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 1 serving

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons  Earths Basket  Acai Berry Powder

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 ripe banana

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon Earths Basket Coconut Sugar, honey or maple syrup (optional)

Handful of cashew nuts, chopped

1 ripe banana, sliced for topping

Handful of fresh blueberries

Method:

STEP 1

In a blender, combine the Acai Berry Powder, frozen strawberries, ripe banana, almond milk, and coconut sugar or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.


STEP 2

Pour the Acai strawberry smoothie into a bowl.


STEP 3

Top the smoothie with the chopped cashew nuts, sliced banana, and fresh blueberries.


STEP 4

Optionally, you can also sprinkle some additional toppings like shredded coconut or chia seeds for added texture and flavor.


STEP 5

Serve immediately and enjoy your Acai Strawberry Smoothie with Cashew Nut, Sliced Banana, and Blueberry Toppings!
